I use MAC
I tried to update MCU ,as it had not been updated for half an hour I pulled out device

Now it is always automatic in bootloader mode whenever I turn it on usb,he does not ask me for a pin and I have no other options,i see "bootloader" from start always,update starts and update screen is same for hours and hours without any success.
I have 2 devices and both have this problem.

Have you followed the guide over here?[1] Just did some quick Google search and it seems this problem exist on several devices across different OS. Might be better to contact Ledger support directly instead of bumping this old thread.

If you have Ledger live installed on your OS;

Open ledger live
Click on the settings tab (cog symbol)
In setting click on help tab.
In the help tab at the bottom should be an option to “Repair your ledger Device”
Follow the prompts on the screen.

Thx for the reply!

May be it might be useful for another guys with same issue.

There is "help" button in Ledger's desctop Live settings. After, there is repair button (Repair your ledger device). Click on this button and device will be reset. Any other actions are not helpful at all (I tried different computers, even in Windows. Nothing)

Looks like it was a small issue.

Cheers!
