Hey all, first post is a negative one I'm afraid. Concerning a wallet I set up with Blockchain.info with 2-factor authentication.
I bricked my mobile phone and had to request the removal of my 2-factor authentication.
My first request was made on 18th June 2013, I've since contacted the support desk a further 5 times but still no response.
My ticket status' simply state that they are "Awaiting assignment to a support agent"
Really disappointed with the service. I moved from MTGox after all the problems they had this year. Turns out that Gox managed to reset my authentication exactly 1 week later. So all I want to do now is get access to my funds out of Blockchain.info and move them backto Gox.
If nothing else it's been a hard lesson on why I should have downloaded my wallet and backed it up so I didn't have to rely on accessing my web wallet. So providing someone over there is listening in to these forums and helps me out, I won't be making that mistake again.
Any Blockchain.info employees listening? Or anyone have any advice on what I can do?
