So I'm looking to purchase something from bitify but haven't used their service before. Has anyone used their service and can vouch for it?

I understand that they use some sort of escrow service but don't know how fool proof it is and how it works.

the website looks to be designed well but I'm a little skeptical.

bitify is very trusty,
i was selling some social media services a while ago...
if an item is sold the buyer has 24 h to deposit btc.
the payment goes direct into escrow.
if the funds are there the seller starts to deliver
and if your order is complete and everything went well
you have to release the payment to the seller.
if something goes wrong, just open a dispute
and the admin steps in...

I haven't used their service but I've seen enough reviews to tell that they're legit, not to mention they've been here in the community for years.
A great example would be this: https://cointelegraph.com/news/how-we-ordered-from-bitify-a-peer-to-peer-bitcoin-marketplace and as you can see it's posted by a renowed crypto site.

But please be advised that you are not dealing with bitify itself as they only provide a platform and an escrow service. In the end it is a peer to peer marketplace so make sure that the user you're dealing with is trusted. They have this guide which can greatly help you: https://bitify.com/too-good-to-be-true

Just don't purchase digital goods which can very easily be spoofed and have random keys/text and you should be fine.

It is safe, of course, but be careful about who is the seller.

Have you bought anything from him before? Maybe you really need to take care of that.

And just like the other used said, do not open any .txt file in there, they can really have a trojan or a rat in there.
