Still problem with writing posts becouse of IP. Any one know how to repair it? I all time have 360 seconds to wait becouse of ip post 360 second ago and i never post anything there!?

The actual problem isn't your IP.

You have to wait 360 seconds because you are a newbie, as soon as your rank grows you won't have such limits and restrictions.

I think it's not an ip issue, but it's problematic in your current account rank.
for newbie is given 2 hours to be able to continue in the next post.
