I'm a 2nd generation owner of a small shoe manufacturing atelièr near Florence, Italy. Our family worked in the business for 40 years as partners with some luxury brands worldwide.
We've now decided to launch our footwear brand and we want to do it in a special way.
By Mid-2018 we're going to launch online a sneaker dedicated to Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies.
We've decided to position our brand into the future. We're inspired by technology, Space exploration, AI and Robotics and we think blockchain based technologies are going to disrupt traditional industries in many ways.
Our products are going to look contemporary-to-futuristic but also with some colorful nostalgia of the 80-90's.
We use the
best materials: Italian leather (vacchetta), calf and suede leather, cashmere, natural rubber soles, and a patented canvas fabric that we developed in partnership with a textile mill in Tuscany.
Every model we do is strictly Limited Edition (Max. 500 pairs x colour combination) and handcrafted in our factory. High Quality and design is our main obsession.
Average selling price will be 250 € (300 usd) and our main market is going to be Europe but also US and Japan by late 2018.
We'll start with just one model in different colour combinations that we're prototyping but we have a pipeline (sketches and models) of 10 products to support growth.
