Last night, i had a really sore left side, it felt kind of bruised and i was literally in agony. I woke up and my right side was sore but it quickly left. then, last night my right side had me in pain for a few hours. when i woke up it was there, but not as sore and then left. what could be causing this? its literally just at night and first thing when i wake up.

Asking a medical question on a bitcoin forum is a bit unusual, but probably has some of the answer in it.

Do you sit at a computer all day? Do you have a good seat? Do you sit up straight or slouch? All these things can put pressure on your lower back, leading to back pain.

Try yoga. It'll get you out of the house, away from the computer and great for back pain.

P.S. I'm not a doctor, so that is not medical advice. If the pain is bad, go see a real doctor.

You might be experiencing the beginning of a kidney stone problem, but I'm no physician. Just had similar symptoms prior to an attack. Please see a reputable doctor and get an examination soon. Can happen at any age, so save yourself pain and suffering; see a doctor now. Good luck.

This is not the right forum to discuss about your back pains. This is a cryptocurrency channel. Getting medical advise from digital currency traders is probably not the smartest idea. Go to https://www.webmd.com/ and maybe they can help you.
