Hi, my name is Dank, I've been creating digital graphics for 8 years, since I started using a computer, and have 4-5 years of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator experience.

I will price accordingly to your project, but generally a logo will cost 3-6 BTC depending on complexity, website design starts at 10 BTC, advertisements start at 2 BTC (animated gif's available as well).  I'm interested in working on more types of media such as product packaging and marketing design.  All projects include Photoshop and/or Illustrator files, fonts used, or whatever else you may need.

I have completed 3 projects for clients on this forum, all happy with the result.  PM me or post here with details of your requirements and we can get started.

I think he means the visual design and only the visual design starting for 5 BTC. You still need to code it in HTML/CSS, which is where the hours would come in.

In my experience, the visual design actually takes longer than the HTML/CSS (I can slice a PSD and make clean, compliant code for an entire site in like 8 hours). It's sort of a whole process, and definitely more valuable than the equivalent of $65 worth of Bitcoins. I'd be very surprised if it was 5 BTC total and not per hour.

If you think about it, you need an index page, level 1 page, and possibly other types of pages depending on what CMS your site uses, if any. Colors need to match, a navigation scheme needs to be chosen, link hover properties, etc. The whole user experience and functionality needs to be factored in when developing the design. It's a lot of work

The other question is, what kind of support does OP provide? Can I call up and discuss my needs on the phone prior to development of the template? Is there a feedback/revision process included in that price? And so on.

5 BTC is a just a starting price (not hourly).  The more complex, the higher the price, but I do keep my prices pretty low compared to standard rates.  Coding costs more too.

I provide no phone support but you can contact me via PM or email, or Windows Live if you really need to.  If you have a certain layout in mind and can provide a good description I would make the first version and any changes afterwards until it meets your expectations.  So yes, I will provide previews and make revisions until you're satisfied.

I think it's the constant revision that costs the time? I know after a while of having clients who kept changing their minds, we basically wrote it into the quotation, after selecting a concept, 1 preview, 1 revision. Any redesign cost money, any further revision cost money. Otherwise for those low margin high volume deals, it doesn't make any sense.

The coding part, I was more thinking of implementing all the nonsense that people tend to want nowadays and a lot of visual designers don't think about the practical implementation of some of the fanciful ideas they get.
