USD对USDT确实是1：1，但是并不是绝对的，只能说是基本保持不变，但是还有一个问题那就是人民币对美元的汇率也是需要考虑的。

波动是因为持有USDT的人希望收割啊，有人想进场没有别的方法只能USDT，这样子卖的人就可以趁机抬高价格挣一把。
