Im looking forward to mining eth zcash and monero
N few others
Will gpu rx570 be a good option .
Can any one help me on how to overclock and increse the hashpower

Search is there but its bit overwhelming most of the time .. Let me give you pointer :

1. You need to mod those GPU to get best.
2. You need to know what make of GPU RAM is ie. Hynix, Samsung, Elpida etc.  (Samsung is best)
3. On the basis RAM, there will BIOS mods
You need Atiflash to read and write your GPU BIOS
Polaris Bios editor to actually make changes in bios before flashing.
4. After flashing bios, need to test timing like core clock, memory clock, memory timing to find best for your card where you get Highest possible hash rate with lowest possible power consumption and stable mining.
For that you can use Overdrive or wattman like OC tools

Now, you have pointers, use search as per above description.
