A friend has a blockchain info wallet. No backup phrases.
NORMAL LOGIN PROCESS:
she writes down her password.
She then receives a mssge saying she needs to chk her mail.
in her mail she finds a login hyperlink
she presses it and gets mssge saying login approved.
She gets into her wallet.
that was a regular login.
problem is after the login approved msssge, in her wallet she gets mssge:
error decrypting wallet, plz chk your password is correct.
password is good cause if she puts wrong pass she doesnt get the "go to mail" mssge.
blockchain hlp guys are giving automatic no can hlp answers.
anyone with idea how to solve this one?
