Hey guys

Just wanted to start a discussion and for research on things people used/spent there bitcoin
On in 2017, will keep it to a top 5 *for research purpose*

My top 5

Holiday - Paid for a hotel & flight to Amsterdam via BitPay and bitcoin
Traded bitcoin with altcoins - I did some trading this year on polo and bittrex
HODL - holding at least 80% on average always in BTC (total portfolio)
Spent BTC to gain BTC - Hashflare, HashNest & Bitconnect
Adds - spent BTC to test the anom ads service

What’s your top 5 ? *edit* Lets keep it simple and TOP 3 instead

Not top 5, but I have done two things only: HODL almost all of it, and after every price pump I sold a little bit to invest in alts. I think this is the best combination because you can make good money if you can invest in the right alts at the right time.

I've been using my btc on investment site, play on gambling site for fun and have some profit when I'm lucky, use to trade bitcoins on bittrex and coinexchange, converted some to eth to be able to join different ICOs by buying token and sell it again at Etherdelta and use to convert if needed by my family....

I mostly HODL. Will be planning a new strategy soon that involves selling to take advantage of volatility. The value of Bitcoin that I hold is getting scarily high and I don't want to have too many eggs in a single basket.

I do play poker on a gambling site to make even more Bitcoin. The gambling is strictly done in Bitcoin. It has worked out very well for me.

These are my top two because I don't really have anything else that I have done with my Bitcoin.

1. Invest in altcoins and few ICO's;
2. Bought hosting for 1 year;
3. Bought Ledger Nano S wallet ;
4. Deposited little amount BTC to sports betting website;
5. Exchanged to fiat to buy some things where BTC aren't accepted and I didn't had enough fiat on my bank account.

these year, some said that it is the year of crypyocurrency, Its price is alsmost 12x before. what I did to my bitcoin is I used it in trading, I also converted some of it to other coins, hoping that someday it will be like bitcoin. I sell some of it and buy something for myself.

I bought a PC and sne other stuff. I have my portfolio diversified really well and my main currency is Bitcoin which is obvious because it's the new that I spend. Smiley I mainly to slow smaol trades and slowly build up but now I'm thinking of getting into mining.

I have not done much with bitcoin this year, just bought some electronics for parents, and a set of computers to support investments in bitcoin. hopefully next year can save more bitcoin.

I generally performed altcoin trading on exchanges with my bitcoin. I used bitcoin as a fiat money by depositing it to my exchange account. That's the whole story for me in bitcoin in 2017.
