I transfered some MAX to bter but they still don't appear, the transaction has more than 100 confirmations ... is there a wayto communicate with them ?

I messed up though--mispoke out of being so infuriated. It didn't happen when LTC was at $1.6. I NEVER oversold (whatever that means or however that is possible). I am not that big of a trader to be moving around 13,000 LTC at it's bottom of $1.6 and not notice that I somehow had an extra $20,800 worth of coins that I shouldn't have had due to a trading malfunction or withdrawal/deposit malfunction. They think the records they have were written in stone for some reason. I assure you those records are wrong because if that is the 'imbalance' I would have definitely noticed even when LTC was at its lowest.

The malfunction (if there was one) must have caused multiple transactions to be lost, and their records, text documents, whatever are only iterations of what the malfunction caused!

First of all there is a backtrack to 1,300 LTC from 13,000 LTC to justify that they didn't see the extra amount withdrawn. This would have only been less than $2,000 and thus might have been easily detected by you.

Furthermore, you do not release the trading history for us to analyse. You might have been stealing 50 LTC at a time using a malleability transaction bug, and in total this summates to 1,300 LTC.
