rumor is that it'll be around 200k for a MN, but that could change. I'm personally for 200k. That gives me time to accumulate over the next couple of months and will prevent people from dumping (well, smart people anyway).

I heard MN decided to burn half of the down payment and bet, do not know now is not already successfully solve the problem
