Where XE.com take their rates from?

Hello Everybody,

Do we know from where XE.com are taking their Bitcoin rates?

In my country sellers are usually referring to XE.com rates but  I found them a bit on higher side by 2-3% than most international exchanges. I wonder what source XE.com uses?

Anybody can point me into right direction?
