Hello. Looks like I missed phase one distribution. Do I still get my coins if I import priv keys to your btc united wallet?

Did you meet our criteria of phase 1 or phase 2?

You must have held bitcoin at block height 498,777 and conducted an outgoing transaction between 494,000 and the fork (498,777) to meet phase 1 criteria and receive UBTC automatically.

If not, phase 2 criteria is that you must have bitcoin at block height 498,777 and conducted an outgoing transaction between 494,000 and 502,315, which will result in distribution of UBTC on 24 Jan 2018.

However, if you do not fulfill both phases then please provide proof of an outgoing transaction from the address that held BTC at 498,777 along with detailed explanation as why you missed phase 1 or phase 2.

Please email to supprt@ub.com for assistance.

I did miss phase one distribution, because I did not know about your project. It only happend I actually knew about it a few days ago. So, there is no argument that I do not fulfill phase 1 criteria to receive UBTC.

However, I was helding Bitcoins on my wallet during block number 498,777, and I had an outgoing transaction before block number 502,315.

So, as I understood, in this case I do qualify for the second phase of distribution? Also, I sent a message to your support. Thank you!

I read pinned message many time) But I don't understand some things. There are some info about 24th Jan. It means that my coins will available at that date?

I can see the balance in my wallet, but I can't spend them now. Should I wait for 24th?
The distribution model fucks all things up. And it's worse than 1% pre-mine.
Greedy....

I can see my balance as well. But unable to spend due to an issue. It looks like others has faced and reported it too.

Please have a look at Github and upvote it:

If someone can help me, maybe I got this thing completely wrong.

Here is an example of a bitcoin address that, by my understanding, fulfils condition to be claimed on 24th january (phase2):

https://blockchain.info/address/1HosiZxxCEz9oqJMGR4EPjGafic4WYGj1q

AS you can see, the conditions as stated here: https://www.ub.com/project/get are fulfiled:

- The balance was there on block height 498,777 (~2017-12-12)
- The outgoing transaction happened between blocks 494,000 and 502,315

But here is the current state of that address as reported by UBTC explorer:

https://www.ub.com/explorer/address?address=1HosiZxxCEz9oqJMGR4EPjGafic4WYGj1q

saying the available amount is zero.

Now, I realised I might have misunderstood the point of "outgoing". As you can see on 2017-12-30, I have moved the whole balance (emptied the address). Is the eligible amount for claiming UBTC the one before or the one after the outgoing transaction ?!??

You are in the same boat as many of us, me included.
Looks like all the criteria are fulfilled but we will have to wait until the 24th to see if the coins are sent back to the address that Garzik moved from using GOD mode!!
Somehow I am feeling sceptical.

I would like a person responsible for support. I received almost all the answers I was seeking. However, there is one more thing that needs clarification:

How exacly am I going to receive UBTC? Do I need to copy a wallet file to UBTC-qt? Or import a private key? Does anyone know?

Me too. I can see the transaction is confirmed in the block explorer but electrum still says it's unconfirmed.
I sweeped a private key into a seed wallet so I had to make a transaction. I could not just import a key.

Apparently it's an electrum issue. I should be able to import this key now into a new wallet and it should work, but I don't want a full node

Under the instructions for Round 2 grace period, why must we send bitcoins to your address to claim UBTC? Why can't we just sign/verify a message like all other forks? This means those of us with many addresses have to spend significant amount of money due to having to pay network fee per address!

Do I need to send this small amount for validation from the address I am validating? Or does this not matter? I had funds during your hard fork on one address, and this address holds UBTC in your block explorer, but those are long moved to another one.

Yes I suggested this a while ago, they said its a good idea but didn't follow up on it anyways.

Hi. The reason is that address have to make outgoing transaction. However, please check our website www.ub.com/news and then you can check which phase period of UBTC distribution that you can join.

Still very complected for many to understand the way distribution is taking place. In simple words if I have bitcoins on my address and didn't make any transactions which I have stored in cold storage I can't claim. Will there will be some deadline in this case to claim or will be remain open ?

Hi Janice,

Is there a way to confirm if our claim was correctly processed via the Grace Period validation payment to 1Gp55PCWuNGXFwLqWQoSkiL325Ksj4rhuM before 14 Feb?
