All parcels are securely packed and sent by DHL or UPS courier. Every parcel has its individual tracking number. In order to obtain it, click here (remember to include the order number in your mail).

The shipping cost includes protective packaging for all products.

Return Policy
You may return a Displate within 100 calendar days of delivery and you will receive 100% refund. The product is eligible for return if it is in the original state and the mounting system has not been used. Displate needs to be sent at the customer’s cost to the address provided here. After receiving the package the amount will be refunded on your account within 14 business days. Please note that in case of returning only a part of the received Displates, the original shipping costs won’t be refunded. Also above policy is not applied to custom prints as well as Pixplates (custom prints are non-refundable).

Displate has a zero tolerance policy for intellectual property rights infringement. Therefore, we ask our artists to remember about that each time they are uploading content to Displate. Artists therefore are required to upload works which in no way infringe upon the copyright, moral rights, publicity rights, privacy rights or any other right of any person or third party, or violate any law or judicial or governmental order. In simple words stealing other people's works and passing it as their own is against the law and against what Displate stands and will stand for.
