Hello colleagues, I have a problem if you could solve it for me:
On the blockchain.info page in the bitcoin-ether exchange option, I changed btc for 1 ether and after 4 days it was pending and finally I received the confirmed transaction, but even so, when I got into an exchange, it was pending despite the fact that I am confirmed the transaction, and in my balance the money is not reflected, I've been waiting for 10 days and nothing happens, I ask for help and in return I offer a reward, I sent several messages to support but they did not answer me thanks!

Remember that Bitcoin is still beta software. Don't put all of your money into BTC!

Well, it can't be helped, your only choice now is to wait for their answers with the support tickets you sent. I guess there are several users of blockchain experienced the same as this base on some reports and post here that's why it will takes time before they replied you, and might be not at all.

Well, it can't be helped, your only choice now is to wait for their answers with the support tickets you sent. Try sending an email directly to shapeshift. The user below had the same problem as yours and he solved his problem by contacting shapeshift directly although in his case, he issued a refund. And apparently, he tried to contact blockchain.info's side first but shapeshift was faster to reply.

I e-mailed ShapeShift and they just replyed and had this to say...”it seems there was an intermittent error on our end. I have queued a return, and we will be in touch once completed. We apologize for any inconvenience.” ... then they say it can take 48-72 hours to complete... fingers crossed
... and I just got my money back :-)

(Also try to follow it up in their social media accounts)
