Alt Coins and Digital Currency Built to only rise in price?

I am looking into alt coins and digital currencies that are built to go up in price as a function of the architecture, not market forces. I know of YOVI coin and Wealth (rise only markets) on yobit, but these are not freely tradeable and have strict rules for volume which makes selling dificult or impossible for users. I also know about WAU Coin which I am involved with that utilizes a permanently rising buywall to allow free trade and selling of any volume. Does anyone know of others coins that are engineered to rise in price and actually work?
