How you can proove that this piece of plastic is bitcoin? Do you mean it contains privat and public key inside? But even so how may you show privat key to us, if you do we will steal it instantly. I know only two ways to sell it, first one is convert it to real bitcoin and second is to find someone who has weak mental defense and hypnotize him/her

It is real, there is no question. There must be a way to sell it, surely. I've looked around and seen many metal coins that have a private key printed under a holographic sticker that is used to redeem them. I don't know how to prove its real or how to sell them which is why I'm looking for any information on the process if anyone knows.

But as Palmholder said, there may not be a lot of buyers willing to take that risk. I certainly wouldn't.

This is a Recalescence 1000 mBTC Silver Sparrow. You should create a thread in the collectibles section of this forum and try to find a buyer there. If you can't find one you could just peel the coin and take the money now.

Unredeemed means that the money is still on the coin and that it does have value. If you redeem a physical bitcoin, you can't undo that or put the money "back in".

It seems to me like you got scammed. Like everyone else is saying a physical bitcoin would need to have some key or wallet attached to it, which I doubt it does. I believe all you have is a trinket that someone may buy off of you as a souvenir, for little to nothing.

If it is unredeemed then it should also have the value of the BTC forks like BCC? But how can you know that it is still unredeemed?

It's called a satori coin, they were made in japan and have .001 btc on them.
If you are willing to wait a few days I would do 40-50 shipped just because it's dope.

I am sorry but doesn’t the picture display 1,000 mBTC? I thought that 1 BTC = 1,000 mBTC (millibitcoin). I do not seem to be able to find any pictures of a coin like this one on Google.

And I guess it also depends on in which country it is made in because there can be a difference in the decimal point. However, USA and Japan use the ".". So, if it was indeed from Japan I am sure it would be 1 BTC.
