I find the project interesting and more because they will be based on NEO! But is it still possible to register for public sale?

I understand that value of CPX is pegged against Neo, but due to the fact that the 1 Neo is now 130,5USD and it used to be during presale 103 USD makes a big difference in single token price. -> So is it correct to say that now 1 token is about 13 cents and during presale it was about 5 cents?

Transaction-by-transaction audits are still taking place and will complete by tomorrow (Thursday, Feb 1st). Contribution and refund statuses are expected to be online via login by tomorrow night 8pm Beijing time (1pm CET / 12pm UTC).

The project attracted a lot of attention to itself, including through the NEO platform. NEO has both disadvantages (the main disadvantage is when there are a lot of transactions, they hang ... I do not remember when I was once conducted by ICO on NEO without problems), and pluses (cheap transactions, GAS charges for storing coins). Nevertheless, I think NEO will not compete with the Ethereum for a long time. He needs a lot of improvements.

This project is a gem in a sea of useless projects. Already pre-established partnerships and B2B network, with some big names. It's a shame that the ICO sold out before I could get involved, sure wish I found out about this one sooner.
A project like this doesn't even require speculative purchasing for its value to go up as it will have use case right out the door.
