If you wanted to store bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin and lets say over 10 altcoins, is the ledger nano the best overall option?

I'm just trying to figure out what most of you guys are using to store multiple coins offline.

Can you buy one of those cold wallets with ethereum or they just offer bitcoin as payment?
