At current rate your BTC0.0005 is $9.22 (Checked at preev during writing this post)
And current bitcoin transaction fee is $14.50 which is around BTC0.0008, and it is the minimum fee currently required by miners.

So currently you cannot do any transaction, if your balance is in a wallet.
But if your balance is in a exchange then you can sale it for USD and withdraw to an online payment processor.

I hope the answer above helps you.

Not all exchanges deal with fiat and those that do require ID in most,if not all, cases.

Before thinking about required ID or anything, he should know if the fee is higher than his initial amount. In other words, he can't move his btc if that's still in his wallet.
Good explanation has given by akamit.

May I ask you, why do you want to withdraw your earnings though it's still small? My advise is withraw it if it's already big for you to feel the profit. Anyway, that's your own decision and I'm sure you have your own reasons behind that.

Going back to your question, If your wallet has a direct conversion of btc into your currency then I think you can withraw it as long as the transaction fee is less than to your earnings.

So it mean your bitcoin can not afford the sending fee. Sad!!
The amount you have is still smaller than the huge fee that bitcoiners have to pay recently.  Just keep your bitcoin mate or pay more then you can cash out.

its impossible to exchange that amount to fiat mate..  Lol cause i think all of the exchanger site has minimum amount to exchange. Maybe here in our country it's possible cause the minimum amount is 10$. . And ithink that 0.0005 is enough cause the valued of bitcoin now aday is to high.
