If I transfer my Bitcoin from my paper wallet to for instance my exchange.. will it transfer my Bitcoin Cash too?

It depends. With which wallet are you sweeping your coins? The wallet will probably tell you what you are sending.

But usually the answer is no. Bitcoin =/= Bitcoin Cash.

I highly doubt it will do that check before you send one should say BTC one should say either BCH or BCC. That alone should distinguish the two and you should not be able to send both at once afaik.
