I know this seems crazy, but it worked. BTC.com admin was there though the process contacting me. Last month I accidentally sent BitcoinCash to a Bitcoin Segwit account. I hit up BTC.com and a miner got it back in a couple hours (-10% fee). Here's their form:

IIRC, this only works if you sent BCH to a Segwit address. I saw your thread and in your case, the conditions are totally different (2FA address).
