I don't seem to be receving confirmation emails to log into my mercatox account anymore (it's been 4 days, and it's also not in my junk folder). I created another account with a different email and it does work there. I wrote a ticket, but no response yet. Anyone know what the problem could be?

i also experience like yours but i pm their support then they reply and my 0.008 btc are safe.I think if you experience like that with no response i think better to do is move on then good to create a new one.No response at all is nothing will happen in that so better to do is try other exchanger like bittrex or poloniex so your problem is gone.I think for me mercatox is good exchanger because they response fast like 1 day or a hour only so i don't know what they not reply to you and it's good also for the beginner in trading
