problems with awesome miner setting up...

I started with installing... all good
I started the software, all good
I go to the wizard to create new miner...
chosing the option for "Manage Profit Miner"
and having chosen to use miningpoolhub.com I chose them from the list
but when I start using the benchmark I get these errors saying that it is invalidusername
and then when I try to run it anyway, it keeps getting socket error and invalidusername error

anyone encountered this problem or know how to fix it?
