What is LogiCrypt? It is the first cryptocurrency and system that allows anonymous work and services.
Essentially a glorified Amazon Flex, LogiCrypt will initially allow for a shipping and courier service.
Why is it needed? Having worked in the service industry for some time (Uber, Lyft, Amazon flex), we have found
workers to be abundant, but actual work less so. LogiCrypt will open up the market to allow anyone to earn or use the service anonymously.
LogiCrypt will launch on two fronts, both as a bitcoin blockchain asset and as an Ethereum Asset token.
How it works: The following is the flowpath of a successful courier contract:

SENDER: Provides pickup and drop-off location, amount willing to pay, collateral for item, and timeframe for delivery.
WORKER: Views transaction on the blockchain and provides matching collateral to accept the job. Arrives at pickup point within the timeframe and goes to the drop-off point.
RECIPIENT: Receives notification of package and a QR code containing a signed message hash from the sender. The worker scans this code signaling our servers that the delivery is complete.
Understanding the collateral system
Posting up collateral is required by both the sender and worker to prevent fraud and theft. This is done primarily to prevent 2 undesirable scenarios:
1.Item theft by the worker without consequence
2.Abuse of the collateral system by sender contracting worthless items and preventing the delivery from being completed
Collateral is released back to both parties upon successful contract completion. Dispute scenarios are handled directly by our team.
Phase 1: Scrypt blockchain live, small premine, free distribution from myself and other lyft/uber drivers. This also allows easy access to minor exchanges so the coin can be traded and establish a value. Any coins mined or obtained via exchange can be exchanged for the ERC20 Asset token after being sent to a burn address. Tokens cannot be exchanged for coins.
Airdrop of Ethereum Asset token given to all users, tiered according to their bitcointalk forum rank.
Token Presale: A limited amount of tokens will be sold at a reduced price. No funds will be collected until the project reaches the minimum funding amount.
Phase 2: Full token sale goes live. Crowdfunding will have a minimum threshold which, if not met, will ensure all funds are returned to investors.
After crowdsale, a period of extra time will be provided for coins holders to exchange their coins for the ERC20 Asset token.
Phase 3: Token will be placed on a new exchange supporting Ethereum assets.
The Scrypt blockchain will be abandoned, and all unredeemed tokens publicly burned.
Company will be established as an LLC, open up conventional methods for acquiring LogiCrypt such as Stripe.
Supporting servers and applications tested for proper functionality.
Phase 4: Service rollout begins in selected regions.
Public release of supporting applications.
