I tried to deposit .252 eth into cryptonator and the transaction was a success on the blockchain check this transaction id for proof

It was over 12 days ago and i have contacted support with proof and have gotten no response.
This is my cryptonator wallet where as of 12/18/17 i still have not received any ethereum
