new miner , with the default he get from factory he was able to connect to default pool

when i try to change pool on my name via on

antminer.com
litecoinpoll.org

i always get this message and fault led is on

i have give my miner access out iva dmz on router

and nothing

do you think i need to upgrade firmware ? this is scary after i read all comment about upgrade online
