I will qoute,

"H. “Suspicious Transaction” refers to a transaction, regardless of amount, where any of the following circumstances exists:

1. there is no underlying legal or trade obligation, purpose or economic justification;

2. the client is not properly identified;

3. the amount involved is not commensurate with the business or financial capacity of the client;

4. taking into account all known circumstances, it may be perceived that the client’s transaction is structured in order to avoid being the subject of reporting requirements under the AMLA;

5. any circumstance relating to the transaction which is observed to deviate from the profile of the client and/or the client’s past transactions with the covered person;

6. the transaction is in any way related to an unlawful activity or any money laundering activity or offense that is about to be committed, is being or has been committed; or

7. any transaction that is similar, analogous or identical to any of the foregoing.

I. “Client/Customer” refers to any person who keeps an account, or otherwise transacts business with a covered person. It includes the following:

1. any person or entity on whose behalf an account is maintained or a transaction is conducted, as well as the beneficiary of said transactions;

2. beneficiary of a trust, an investment fund or a pension fund;

3. a company or person whose assets are managed by an asset manager;

4. a grantor of a trust; and

5. any insurance policy holder, whether actual or prospective.

Smiley

Naging Financial & Insurance advisor ako. Mahirap ma flagged as suspicious na account. Mafifreeze assets mo.

That's actually bullshit, it has been proven historically that banks themselves are the biggest money launderers. Who ever made this into law surely didn't take into consideration decentralize systems.

Under the Law, any money transfer more than and above of 500,0000.00 the receiving Bank of such transfer have to notify the Central Bank of such activity
Transact your Business Legally.

Hi Pag sinabi Anti Money Laundering is:

is the process of transforming the profits of crime and corruption into ostensibly "legitimate" assets.[1][2] The dilemma of illicit activities is that it is often a problem spending the proceeds of such activities without raising the suspicion of law enforcement agencies. Accordingly, considerable time and effort is put into devising strategies which enable the safe use of those proceeds without raising unwanted suspicion. Such strategies are generally called money laundering. After money has been suitably laundered or “cleaned”, it can be used in the mainstream economy for accumulation of wealth, such as acquisitions of properties, or otherwise spent. Law enforcement agencies of many jurisdictions have set up sophisticated systems in an effort to detect suspicious transactions or activities, and many have set up international cooperative arrangements to assist each other in these endeavours.

Have a nice day!

About money laundrring acts, is an act of "washing" the money or the tax off your earned cash which is illegal. For example: kumita ka ng pera mula sa illegal gambling or what, idadaan mo yung pera sa ibang legal business para maging legit ito and I think aware naman ang mga tao sa cryptocurrency, it even has an online wallet which is recognized by both banks and the government.

Nong una sasagutin ko sana itong thread ng 'juice me you marimar' pwedi namang mag research sa internet since most common laws are published in the internet for every citizen to know it, buti na lang Bina said ko muna...

Kaya po may limitation yong withdrawal and deposit sa coins.ph to protect also their member for being accused as one kaya yong iba po diyan wag puro angal
It is not that tamad siya but out of curiousity naisip nila to then instead na pagalitan let us give our insights nalang kasi baka naghahanap din siya kung sino na nakaencounter ng mga ganung bagay.
