Can someone recommend exchange FIAT/BTC where verification of new accounts does not take weeks currently ?

Hitbtc doesn't require verification if you don't want to withdraw fiat.
Poloniex allow unverified users to withdraw upto $2000 worth of coins daily.
Bittrex allows basic verified (only name and address required) + 2fa enabled users to withdraw upto 0.40
BTC worth of coins everyday.
If this limits are not enough than only get verified, most of the platforms are handling thousands of tickets and verification request every day so don't expect any of them to verify you within few days.
