California begins licensing recreational marijuana sales next month and Canada is following up with them, is it safe to say that Potcoin, Hempcoin and etc, will be showing substantial growth? Good time to invest?

I'd say if you're thinking of investing then do it. Many people think of it then do it when the craze has started.

this is something worth having in mind:
recently  we had a big pump for all these marijuana-related altcoins. and based on what i have seen so far their pumps come at the same time and then it takes at least a couple of months before they recover from that pump and be considered for the next pump.
