I use Exodus and Bitcoin.com wallet.. They are both very good. Exodus has a great interface but has high unadjustable fees. Bitcoin.com doesnt have shapeshift yet but the wallet has low fees that can be adjusted. I dont know freewallet. I have never used it.

I use blockchain for storing large amounts but freewallets.org is offering multiple wallets at a time in their website and also exchanges.

Isn't blockchain.info capable of this too? But to answer your main question, I don't recommend storing high amounts of Bitcoin on a web-wallet, especially not when you're going to store them on your phone. You would be much safer if you just installed a desktop wallet, preferably offline. Armory, Electrum and Core are good choices.

Why would you give the responsibility of your coins to some random people while you could easily do it yourself? If you really own a significant amount of Bitcoin, then you could easily store them on some old laptop or an android phone.

I don't know about freewallet.  I have never used it so I don't know how safe it is.
I'd advise you to try out coinbase. It's one of the best crypto wallet you can ever get.
Exodus is another good wallet. In fact, it is very safe for bitcoins and it's transaction fee is very low.

Coinbase doesn't support Bitcoin Cash yet. Probably the most popular Bitcoin Cash wallet is the one from Bitcoin.com, that's what I'd recommend along with Exodus that was mentioned above.

Hi cryptocoinplay, thanks for your interest in Freewallet! We've been in the industry for almost 2 years, and we're proud to have earned the trust of thousands of our users. Moreover, we were the first ones to release a dedicated Bitcoin Cash walletfor Android and iOS. You can read reviews on our apps on Google Play & AppStore: most are satisfied with our services; however, just like with any live service on a highly volatile market, it's only natural some issues come up from time to time: they are resolved by our specialists ASAP.

Regarding the technical side: we're using the most progressive multi-signature key storing approach as well as multilayer security systems which are the best practice for the largest companies in the industry. This makes Freewallet the service with a bank level security grade. We also use the cold storage technology that keeps our users' assets protected: thanks to it, even if you lose your phone, you can easily access your wallet using another device.

If you have any questions or would like additional information, please feel free to ask! Smiley

like it is true for every other cryptocurrency: the best wallet is the hardware wallet and you should consider keeping as little money online as possible.

the hardware wallet is the win-win compromise between high security and high usablity.

Electron Cash / thread

Agreed, especially for large amounts - exchanges and online wallets are not secure enough. Electron Cash is an excellent lightweight client.

In the Philippines, we use coins.ph very reliable and easy to use. Many options to withdraw your bitcoin once it was converted to cash. You can choose bank, remittance center and also they offer door-to-door option to get your money. I never heard other wallet that can have bitcoin and convert to Philippine Peso.

In order to put your bitcoin in wallet. First you should think on one perspective is it safe for keeping my bitcoin. You need to know about it which bitcoin wallet is more safe and secure. In past when the bank was not discovered people keep their money in pots and buried it. When bank discovered then people keep money in banks. Now also people keep money in banks.

Now a new way of trading open called crypto currency in order to put crypto currency it need wallet. Now which wallet is best depends on you which is more secure. Either it offline or online.
