As I said in my previous posts, This is most likely due to the high traffic they're receiving although actually, almost all bitcoin-involved services are affected. The supported coins which are BTC and ETH is both congested until now.
According to their twitter account, They are aware of the problem so contacting support is probably useless as the odds are you will get the same answer.

Investigating - There has been a delay in the processing of some withdrawals today. All pending withdrawals will be processed by tomorrow, Wednesday, 20.12.2017. The money should reflect in our customers' bank accounts at the latest 48 hours after the withdrawal has been processed. All affected customers will receive a confirmation email.
