Bitfinex is super congested at the moment. They also say minimum 250$ for withdrawals.

I think it is better to consider Binance, Bittrex, Poloniex...

250 $ withdrawal is not the case, offering single IoTA/USD cross rate is available only at Bitfinex and Exrates,

According to cointelegraph and coinfox it's probably not yet possible to get an invitation code. Bitfines doesn't seem to have made any available yet. It's a new feature, so hopefully in the next few days they will become available.

They never existed and they have halted new accounts entirely. Choose a different exchange lol. Maybe one that's taking on new people. Obviously they can't keep up with demand.
