There was a lot of hype for this ICO but according to me it failed to deliver. I would trend carefully on this one.

I hardly call this a review. It looks more like a very poor attempt at pumping.

Talking about people calling it a failure, I would suggest them to read the roadmap and whitepaper before commenting like this.
It was clearly mentioned in there whitepaper and roadmaps about their delivery in Q1 2018, but all people want from ICOs are quick gains (this does not happen always).

Well, from the last 4-5 we are seeing the actual active participation and updates from RPX team through out China and HongKong and RPX acted as a value partner to all NEO based meets and announcement and "Kaboom" we see x2 the price.
Q1-Q2 for RPX are going to be strong and fruitful per my understanding.
