Is this perhaps the reason why IOTA has been surging like crazy today? Or is it maybe another pump and dump cycle just like the last time we hit $5? The price trend for IOTA is so wild and unpredictable even for an altcoin and it makes me mad a little bit that I can't understand it.

I don't know what's going on, it's on the up though. It seems like every altcoin forum except for this one is teeming with this news so I'm guessing it's a serious fomo drive.
