Problem with with Electrum Wallet & Payment

Hi,

I use Electrum Wallet

I have sent a payment to some one from 2-3 days ago still not got confirm yet [I have add custom fees 30$]

Today, I have opened my wallet but I not see the payment on my wallet [Some one on https://webchat.freenode.net Channel Told me It's depends on the server]

and I have asked them to send the payment again with high fees (I still not got first one back) and They told me to try and send it

and I have sent it but I can't see the payment on blockchain, They say: Transaction not found


Any way to fix this?

According to your image and transaction your fee is too small look at the size of your transaction its 10078 bytes Your transaction will be take longer and there is possibility your transaction could be rejected just what happen to my transaction past 2 days ago and now rejected..
If you really wanted your transaction to be confirm better to pay fee higher than the default fee check here https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/
And the network right now is too slow almost many people right now are having slow transaction due to low fee..
There are some free services that you can accelerate your transaction but i don't know if it will work because mine was rejected but you can try it

But they are accepting transaction only for 100/hour but i think it would be hard to work because there are lots of people are using it..

Yea I have used https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ but like you said many ppl using it and I can't use.

So I just wait?

and What about last payment? blockchain say Transaction not found?
