I have question about OKEX
I have verified my account with my drivers license.
I had to change my phone number, and so I no longer have access to the old phone number, and to switch off or remove phone verification they expect you to have the OLD number and the NEW number at the same time...
It is not possible to have both the old AND the new number at the same time. The change/remove number should not be asking for both the old phone number and the new one because it is not possible.
So I asked support over and over, and they want me to answer my old phone number but I keep telling them that I do not have the old number anymore - it is not possible to answer it.
Now they want my passport sent in just to remove my phone number.
Problem: I do not have passport, do not want one, and cannot afford one.
I have sent them the same documents I used to verify the account the first time, so it should be enough but they keep asking for more documentation now.
Question 1) Anyone else have the phone number change problem? How did you solve it?
Question 2) With having verified level 1 with my drivers license, am I still able to withdrawal from my account?
I have offered the following to them and they will not accept it:
- Drivers license & health card
- Hydro Power bill
- Mobile phone bill
- Internet bill
- Rental agreement with landlord
- Birth certificate
- Tax return
I find it sad that I cannot remove a phone number from my own frigging account. OKEX needs to fix this.
