Yobit listed Soma token more than a week ago. When the token was unfreezed I send my coins to Yobit wallet, but didn't get anything till now. More than a week has passed since I created a ticket to their support and didn't get any response. I know that I'm not the only one who got trapped with this exchange. I also PMed Yobit on bitcointalk, but also didn't get an answer.
Have anyone such issues before and how did you solve them?
I also had been trapped once in Yobit for about 3 days when I was sending eth. I only contacted support and luckily they responded. But if you already contacted their support and still no progress for a week, Im not sure what could be done except to wait or contact them some more.
