I have never heard of HitBTC until a few days ago, let alone ever have an account. I got an email titled "Successful Login from New IP", so obviously I go to login and click forgot password. After receiving the forgot password email I put in my email address and a NEW password. After I pressed submit it thanked me for signing up and said it sent a confirmation email. I thought I already had an account that was logged into from Serbia? But no, I just made an account. Now they have my email address and one of my passwords. Also I never actually got a confirmation email so I cannot sign in.
