how do I find out my suprnova.cc api key?

Recently I started mining some zcash on suprnova.cc and I installed one of those android pool monitor apps, however I really cant find my  api key, can someone help me please?

but as you can see in this screenshot i just took right now, there is no api key in my edit account section: https://imgur.com/a/BcVHk
do you have any idea of what might be going on?

btw I tried sending a support ticket to suprnova.cc but its just impossible, I tried like 10 times and everytime I get a Invalid captcha message, even tho I am 100% sure I am not missing it

No, I did not. I've twitter two messages to the admin, there's no answer. And I wrote to the post office admin@suprnova.cc no answer.
I do not know what else can be done, I'll probably change the pool, I do not like that I can not track statistics.

Same issue here! 

I found out that the API is not present in all SuprNova Pools (under Account tab).
BTCZ is also missing the API-Key for me, but the API is present @BYG pool page (Account Tab).

Hope that the API is shown soon again ...

TIP: You can use the API KEY from another pool (under you login), but in my case I do not get all info, but I do See the amount of workers that are online and the 'confirmed' and 'unconfirmed' amount of coinz.

If you have more than one account at Suprnova then you have to use the Api key of your first account.
You can use that api key for all your different pools.

I ran into the same problem. I setup my account with the zcash pool before the start.suprnova account. It won't carry my login from the zcash pool to the start.suprnova. only from start to zero.
