why this happened ? even 300k sat/byte its still not confirmed since yesterday

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

There are 16MB in size of transaction that paid above 300sats/byte so you will probably wait for them to get a confirmation first. Alternatively you can try accelerating your transaction using these 2 options: Viabtc and Antpool
