How can i transfer my erc20 tokens out of coinomi?
Like i have bitcoinred on my dAPPS menu in my coinomi wallet, i dont know how to transfer it to MEW.

If that specific ERC20 Token is supported by Coinomi then It should be easy to move it. If for some reason you was sending it to an ethereum address instead then you will need to export the private keys and If that's not possible, use the 12 words they first gave you in another wallet that allow exporting private keys.
