In the first 15 minutes of the video Byrne talks about how Goldman Sachs makes 75% of its revenue from locating shares to short sellers, and that this is what tzero is going to solve for by providing a more transparent exchange for short seller lending.
If this is true, how is Wall Street letting this happen??
