It's not how it works mate.

You must understand that you are playing with the volatility of the coin once you do trades so don't expect that your BTC1 will be doubled in just 2 days. If does then good but you have to do something to make it. For which coin is the best, then no one can give you the right answer here since it will be based on your own analyzation. it's impossible to make your bitcoin double in two days. but with your choice altcoin bitcoin cash is better for me. Firstly this is trading you make profit by buying at a lower price and selling at a higher price.

Secondly this doesn't happen daily the increase in price depends on the market status and the demand for the coin. If the demand is high the price will increase or else it reduces which might give you a loss.

What is important for you ?

You can double your btc but it's not a guarantee often price of btc increases but price of alt doesn't which means even if you bought at $10 a particular coin and the price of btc increased you will get a loss.

If you wanna take a risk invest in ltc I'm not giving any guarantee you will double your investment in 2 days but due to upcoming news there is a chance of price doubling.

I beleive no one so far hasn't developed the technique to make 100% profit in such short period of time and besides that is not possible. You can't achieve that by trading and the daily price movement isn't that big to allow such profit. You will have to change your apetite for profit.
