Hello community, (let me be brief here) I am working on a project to bring blockchain learning closer to Chinese speaking learners. That will include beginners, entrepreneurs, hobbyists, etc. anyone who wants to learn about blockchains and dlts for whatever reason. For now, we will target our platform at beginning learners who are looking for resources to learn from.

I decided to start this project because as I began to participate in the local blockchain meetups (in Taiwan), I found out that the lack of available resources in Chinese 'delayed' in a way how people perceived and understood blockchain. This in a way becomes an entry to barrier for many people as well as partially cuts off the Chinese speaking community from the global blockchain community.

What the platform would do is it would have a collection of reputable Chinese blockchain resources as well as a learning curriculum, quality videos, and "check your knowledge" quizzes to better facilitate blockchain learning in Chinese speaking peoples.

Furthermore, I plan to empower learners by allowing the platform to be used as a way to connect with others in the field (potential employers, startups, etc)

We plan to make the educational videos, resources, and networking opportunities on our platform free. There will be no token offering, no browser mining, no risk of scam.

But we need help creating a logo.
It would be really nice if we could have someone who has experience designing logos help us make our logo.

Please keep in mind that this is completely voluntary and we probably don't have the funding to give you any monetary benefits for helping us.
We can, however write somewhere that you created the logo, and link it to your portfolio page or blog.

Here are the requirements for the logo file

form: square
resolution: 1500x1500 or higher (.png without background)
Should look great both in color and in black and white
Should instantly give the impression that we are about blockchain and education
Should adhere to flat or modern design principles (we don't like material design)

Even though we can't guarantee rewarding you with money for the logo, we still may tip you a little if we choose to use your logo design.
Feel free to ask for any details or requirements in the replies below

We still “may” tip? If you have the coins, why not hand out a few as bounty?

You could create an announcement topic in the Altcoin section and set out a few bounties. That way your project will likely get a bit more traction.

I understand that the project is on a volunteer basis. But sometimes you’ll need to spend a bit of money to get something good going. Maybe 99designs would be willing to sponsor this. Have you contacted companies with your idea?

Thanks for replying,

I would first like to clarify that we will not be launching any token or coin of our own, so it would be inappropriate for us to post this in the altcoins section.

What I meant by "we still may tip" is that if ultimately necessary, we can tip you a small sum in either LTC or ETH.
I forgot to mention that this is a student-run project and we have a pretty tight budget. Money would preferably be spent on web hosting instead of branding.

And thanks for bringing up 99designs, I will talk to them to see if they are willing to help once we create a presentable amount of documentation and roadmap details.
