There is nothing at this time that fits that description. All of the really good hardware. Has a long wait time assoiciated with it.
BFL....still waiting for my April 4 2013 order
Avalon...Long wait
Bitfury...some months away.
KNC.....Sept projected, but lots of preorders to fill.
Best bang for you buck, if you have 4 or 8K to spend.

What can you order today and have is a week or two.
Not much. USB Block Erupter. ROI 10 month to never with diff increases.
Nice toy to play, I have a couple. The pretty blinking led looks purty. But I would say not for serious mining. K1 nanos hould be showing up, better than block erupters, but not much.

Asminer Blade 10GH/s for 4.5k....no thank you.

I decided just to buy shares in a couple of mining companies.
Addiction, they have early ordrer of KNC gear. And LabRat mining, should get Bitfury gear. Most common advice I hear is buy BTC if you have faith in BTC and beleive it will go up. Cause anything you buy for future delivery, might not give you a decent ROI.

BFL would be a oood deal if they ever figure out how to put the shit back in the donkey. I would not have a problem ordering a Jally or better,, If I knew I could have it in a couple of months.
