Sad to hear your complains tho there are lots of complaints against this wallet already that's why I wonder how people use this wallet while there are too many wallets that are secured enough to hold your funds on, Google.com is always there to give you information about some reviews of any website that was indexed on google. You can contact this user https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1177176
I bet his a rep from that site since he answers some scam accusations against the wallet.

shaikharief, apologies for the delay! What makes you think your funds are lost? You've shared the transaction status yourself: it's currently being sent. The BTC network is overloaded now, which is why there are massive transaction delays globally. You can check the mempool here.

We've posted a notification in the app about potential delays with BTC transactions; as soon as your transaction is included in a new block, you'll see the status update in the app as well. Sorry, but that's the network issue, it's out of our hands.

bL4nkcode, we've been on the market for almost 2 years, and we're proud to have earned the trust of thousands of our users. Issues come up eventually with any live service; they aren't always on the wallet side like in this very situation. However, the best way to get a situation resolved is to contact our support team via Freewallet.org website or any other channel available, we respond to all user requests.

Just like with the topic starter, your transaction is currently waiting to be included in one of the new blocks. As soon as it is, the status of it will be updated in the app.
There are global delays with transactions because the BTC network is overloaded now. At this point, we're all in the same boat, unfortunately.

Just wait for another 3 days, if your problem is not resolved after 3 days then you should open a thread in that section  Scam Accusations

There are global delays with transactions because the BTC network is overloaded now. At this point, we're all in the same boat, unfortunately.

OP said this:
no information from their support...

Why you do not post a note on your site explaining this situation of transaction confirmation delays, this will save you from embarrassment and problems

Why you do not post a note on your site explaining this situation of transaction confirmation delays, this will save you from embarrassment and problems

- There is a notification in the Bitcoin wallet as well as in the Multi Wallet app;
- There have been posts both in Twitter and on Facebook regarding current delays with the BTC network;
- Our support reps provide details on network related issues with transactions as well.

If you can think of other ways to convey this information to our users, please feel free to share it here. Posting a popup on the website doesn't help much as the majority of our users are using the apps for mobile devices, and all important notifications are posted on the main screen there, first-hand.

Hello everybody!

Looks like i'm another victim from freewallet!  Angry

I made a Dogecoin transfer worth close to 3k and it never had
any other status the "sending". So it never even entered the Dogecoin network.

No matter how often i contact the support - they just copy paste me "the transfer will soon be completed".
But guess what, it has never been made!

I will not rest till i get my coins back and also inform the Apple store and the Google play store
to urgently remove this wallet app as they clearly seem to steal from users.

Terrible!

Strong warning from freewallet , freewallet.org

Some new wallet as today with free coins after creating your own be candidate also for scams one so I don't trust this wallets and exchange that state free free free and free.... There's no one hundred percent free as of today...

As being crypto lover and bitcoin supporter we must be wise, Its better to make research first about what wallet we would like to use to stored our money, because we all knows that digital world is full of scammers so we need to be careful.

Its sad to heard that someone lost his money by using scam wallet.

that is a lesson to you because you like to use unkown wallets . i suggest youd better stick out to the popular ones such as blockchain , electrum , coinbase ,etc because these wallets are known to be safe and secure when compared to unpopular ones . but if you are still itching to try those risky wallets,  then youd better do a quick research about their souce or read out some reviews and feed backs about them to ensure that they are trully legit.

Why blockchain and coinbase? You don't have control with your own private key. Better go with Electrum for pc or Mycelium for android, since you can have full control with private key on there.
