I sent 0.15 LTC into Coinbase from my Ledger.... I confirmed this though the ledger, it showed 1 output.

Now when I view the transaction ID, there is 2 Outputs and its moved an extra 0.3 LTC To some other address I don't know ?? What is strange is that my balance hasn't gone down more than the original 0.15 than I originally moved ? Whats happening !!!

What is this second output ?

You have to verify what I write below yourself, as I have no access to your ledger, but I can bet that the second output you are seeing was spent to the change address contained in your ledger too. So it was not hacked, rather it is the way the device, the wallet and LTC transactions in general work.
